During our call, you will provide us with your creative vision. Our lead designer will gather more details and share what you can expect from Primrose Floral Co.

After our call we will conduct a bit of research and create a custom floral mood board and itemized quote for your review with an opportunity to reconnect on any revisions that may be necessary.

Contract is signed, and your date is on our calendar! 2-3 months before we will schedule a time to meet and further discuss your designs. We will then prepare a full floral proposal showcasing full mood boards, color palettes, rentals, renderings and more. Once approved, this will serve as a guide for your final designs. This is also when walk throughs, and floral mock ups happen over a coffee (or wine)

Details are finalized! We’ll put the finishing touches to your designs and will confirm all final day-of plans to make sure we are ready to go.

We’ll receive and process the flowers by providing expert care and get everything in order. At this point in production, our team if coordinating final details, packing inventory producing floral arrangements and seeing the event through completion.

The long-awaited day has finally arrived. Our team will arrive at your location and set up all floral items and installations. Once the event concludes, our team will return at the end of the evening to strike flowers and rentals.

The Full-Service Experience
We hired Primrose for our wedding in February 2024 and the outcome was truly beyond my expectations! The guests were blown away and I even had people reach out that didn’t attend saying they were the most gorgeous flowers they had ever seen at a wedding (see photos for yourself).
